Despite a noticeable wane in the popularity of retro products, including icons like the Air Force 1, Nike Dunk, and Air Jordan 1, Nike and Jordan Brand are undeterred in their efforts to refresh and expand their lineup. Spring 2025 will see the introduction of a promising new colorway in the Air Jordan 1 High OG series, dubbed "Deep Royal Blue," which seems to nod to past prestigious collaborations subtly.

Reports from Sole Retriever have confirmed that this new iteration will be available in full-family sizing. The official color scheme is listed as White/Black, Neutral Grey, Deep Royal Blue, and Musselin. However, the specific arrangement of these colors and the materials used are still under wraps, leaving much to the imagination.

The mere mention of the colorway evokes memories of the illustrious Fragment Design collaboration from 2014 and the subsequent collaborations with the Japanese design house and Travis Scott in 2021, all of which redefined sneaker culture with their unique takes on the classic silhouette.

As we await more concrete details, an indicative mock-up provides a speculative look at what might be in store. However, it's important to note that early mock-ups often differ from the final retail versions.

    More information will arrive soon.
